Eastman on-campus interviews

Eastman is seeking Ph.D. chemical engineers to join the technology organization in Kingsport, Tennessee. These individuals will become integral members of multiple product and process development teams, ranging in scope from process upgrades to development of new process technology supporting existing and new manufacturing processes.

Capabilities currently of particular interest to Eastman include:

  • Polymer process scale-up and modeling
  • Separations (e.g., distillation, extraction, crystallization)
  • Reaction engineering
  • Technoeconomic analysis
